Terms of Agreement

All applicable audio, video or images presented on this web site are copyright protected original creations by professional songwriters, producers and photographers. Unauthorized reproductions via any means currently existing or to come into existence is a violation of all applicable national and international laws.

Transactions made while visiting any of the affiliate banner ads throughout this web site are entirely between the visitor of the site and the management of the respective company.

Allied Waves Inc., to including its' officers and representatives, are not responsible in any way for any transactions you make while visiting any of the affiliate banner adds presented throughout this web site.

We accept all major credit cards via our secure SSL server.

All Non US issued credit cards will be billed an additional 5% of the total cost of each sale. To avoid this charge it is recommended that you choose the GlobalShopex International check out option.

Allied Waves Inc. reserves the right to change all listed prices and policies at anytime.

All CD sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits. Exchanges maybe given if the customer can demonstrate that the product was defective prior to shipping. The final decision will be determined by Allied Waves Inc.

All digital audio and print files sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Other merchandise sold will carry the manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated and customers must address all claims to the manufacturer.

No credits or refunds will be granted on any Health and Nutritional products. Approved exchanges only.

Customer must contact Allied Waves Inc. to dispute transactions or to arrange any authorized returns for exchange within 10 days of invoice.

Approved return items must be unused and returned in a resale able condition. Defaced, mishandled or misused merchandised will not be eligible for exchanges.

A return authorization number will be issued upon your request for a return.

Merchandise sent to us without an RA# will be returned at the senders expense.

Exchanges will not be issued until an inspection has taken place and a valid problem is identified.

Approved exchanges will be returned at no charge.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All billing disputes must be brought to the attention of Allied Waves Inc. within 15 days from time of purchase and Allied Waves Inc. will have up to 7 business days to assess and respond.

Returned Checks:

Florida Statute 832.07, states: " You have 7 days from the date of notice to tender payment in full for any check returned from the bank N.S.F. You are liable for up to 3 times the face value plus attorney fees if check is not paid in full."

Allied Waves Inc. charges a service fee of $30 for all returned checks. There after accounts becomes C.O.D., Cash, Money Order, or Certified Checks only.

Claims for loss or damage on delivery by common carrier:

All merchandise shipped by Allied Waves Inc. is carefully packed before leaving our location.
Responsibility for safe delivery of your shipment is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Damages sustained in transit must be filed with the carrier. Allied Waves Inc., its officers, or representatives will not be held liable for damages or theft after carrier has received the merchandise.

Shipping:

Customer will receive a notification e-mail once their order is complete with the total cost including applicable shipping charges.

Offer of free Graviola tea bags on our product pages are currently applicable only to orders placed for shipment within the US. Graviola exports are restricted in some international countries. Please call or email for possible alternate shipping options to country of interest.

Standard continental US orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. Items may take up to 7 business days after ordered has been processed and approved and could take longer dependent upon product availability. Large volume bulk orders may take two weeks or more for delivery. Customers will be notified if there are any unusual delays. Shipping rates are dependent upon size and weight of packages as well as processing and handling fees if applicable.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of products or services sold or distributed by Allied Waves Inc. or through Allied Waves.com will be resolved by binding arbitration. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The place of arbitration shall be Miami Florida. Florida law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and must follow the terms of this agreement.
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida in connection with any action arising out of or related to these terms of use or their subject matter. You waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue or forum of inconvenience in any such action.

Severability

If any provision of these terms of use shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
